General Terms and Conditions (GTC):

1. scope of application: The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services between Duftle™  (hereinafter "Seller") and its customers (hereinafter "Customer") within the framework of the Duftle online store.

2 Conclusion of contract: The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking on the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

3 Prices and terms of payment: The prices quoted are in euros including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Payment can be made by PayPal, credit card or bank transfer. Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

4 Delivery and shipping: Delivery is made within Germany and to other countries specified on our website. The delivery period is usually 2-5 working days from receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed. The shipping costs depend on the shipping method and the country of delivery and are displayed during the ordering process.

5. right of withdrawal: The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving reasons. The goods are returned at the customer's expense and risk. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price for returns.

6 Retention of title: The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

7 Warranty: The statutory warranty provisions apply.

8. data protection: We use your personal data only within the framework of the statutory provisions. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.

9 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction: The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of the seller.

10 Final provisions: Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
